Skiing was effortless with the free shuttle to the slopes and snow equipment rentals available on-site. I loved unwinding in the luxurious spa after a long day of skiing.

However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I noted that the restaurant service could be slow at times, which detracted from the overall experience.

The amenities were impressive, particularly the

wellness and fitness options that catered to guests looking for a complete relaxation experience. The family-oriented activities kept the kids entertained, but the adult lounge could use more seating for evenings spent socializing.

Heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind.

I expected more options rather than the same limited dishes each day. Sometimes, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it tough to plan ski activities. I also faced a long wait time for meals at the restaurant, which could be frustrating after a day on the slopes. The cleanliness of common areas was top-notch, but I noticed some tired furniture in the lounge. I loved the accessibility to ski equipment and the in-house ski pass vendor. The airport shuttle service was convenient, but it would help if the scheduling was more frequent. Room service was quick, but the additional charges felt excessive, especially after a long day. In summary, there were highlights like spacious accommodations and excellent spa services, but improvements on food variety and service efficiency would greatly enhance the stay.

The kids absolutely loved the games room and the children's club! With seven little ones, we found everything really fun and engaging. Plus, we got to dance away at the onsite discotheque, which was a blast for the whole family!

My kids wished for more healthy snack options near the pool.
